JOB DESCRIPTION

Inbound Responsibilities- • Handle inbound calls for solving customer quires. • Maintaining good customer relationships, excellent communicator and have superior people skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way. • Take a feedback from customer after taking company services. • Well-organized and responsible with work. Outbound Responsibilies- • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. • Making outbound calls for client support. • Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer. • Tele Caller Executive, Tele Sale Marketing, Customer Support Executive. • Candidate should have good convincing skills. • Establish and maintain relationship with clients. • Follow up on the provided databank. • Enter and update customer information in the database. • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in both an individual and team environment with minimal supervision.
